Navigation Appeals Court: Policyholder Whose Employer Erroneously Withdrew Higher Premiums Not Entitled to Increased Life Insurance Coverage
The Utah Court of Appeals sided with an insurance company last week after it determined that a woman didn’t successfully apply for increased coverage for her ailing husband despite a suspected glitch in her employer’s system that led to higher premiums being deducted from her paycheck.
